  • $2.5 Million

The D&C SA team have completed $2.5 million worth of works for Artisans of the Barossa in Tanunda, including construction of a cellar door, restaurant, provedore, terrace dining, commercial kitchen, barrel / museum rooms and a farm implement shed.

The facility will provide Artissans with a home for eight wine makers to display and sell their wines, as well as provide the region with another great facility to taste and purchase great Barossan produce.

Stand-out features within this project included the construction of a 45m2 ironstone feature wall, constructed by our team in conjunction with a skilled stonemason; this was a handcrafted masterpiece made from local ironstone, sourced by the Artisans themselves. The build also incorporated reclaimed and repurposed heritage galvanised cladding, timber truss and a Jarrah basket press which was transformed into new timber flooring within the museum room and VIP wine tasting lounge.
